Surprise Soaps
Gather
  • 1 cup grated Ivory soap
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • food coloring
  • small plastic or rubber toys
  • cookie cutters (optional)
Go
  1. Mix water, grated soap and a few drops of food coloring together in a medium bowl. Stir the mixture until it begins to stiffen.
  2. Remove the mixture from the bowl and knead it until it is the consistency of very thick dough.
  3. Roll the dough into the shape of a ball or flatten it and shape with cookie cutter.
  4. Make a hole in the center of the dough large enough to hide a treasure inside.
  5. Fill the space with a treasure and seal the hole with extra dough.
  6. Allow soaps to dry overnight before using.
  7. After several uses, your soap will begin to reveal the surprise inside!
