Hearty Haystacks
Gather
  • 1 11-ounce package butterscotch chips
  • 3 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried apple bits or raisins
Go
  1. Cover a baking sheet with waxed paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, stir butterscotch chips over low heat until melted.
  3. Add chow mein noodles, almonds and raisins.
  4. Drop by large spoonfuls onto the wax paper.
  5. Place in fridge until firm.
